QUOTE=ALC;5725160]I'm gonna have to be honest you guys, I'm kinda glad that he's leaving. When I went to watch the Torino game this past year I got a chance to see what he's really like. The night before the game, I stayed at a little hotel near the stadium and went to go buy a pack of cigs and some water at a little market.

Much to my surprise, I saw Allegri shopping there too. In broken Italian, I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Kinder Buenos in his hands without paying.

The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.

When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.[/QUOTE]

There was no need for him to vent his frustation with the both of you to be honest.

I'm intrigued what happens later, so I'll answer it: Bayern and Wolfsburg were better than Dortmund on paper that year and instead of 3rd Klopp finished 7th, what now?
no. VW was carried by de Bruyne all year, the rest of the team, especially the defense, wasnt on Dortmunds level. you can see that by the fact that VW finished 2nd with 69pts, but the very next season Tuchel finished 2nd with 78pts, basically having the same team Klopp left, and VW had 45pts after losing de Bruyne. so Dortmund still had the 2nd best roster in the league, after Bayern.

now back to the point, and Nedveds original troll attempt, how can you say Klopp would win Serie A with the best roster for sure, if he managed to finish 7th with the 2nd best roster in the BL?

because he generally overachieves with his teams? but of course nothing is guaranteed in football, Allegri is a great manager and he's currently fucking up in Serie A

If we don't have the best and deepest squad in Italy by far, then we should fire Beppe, our wage bill is head and shoulders above everyone in Italy. According to GDS, we are paying our players 164m annually, 2nd placed Milan are splashing 117m and Inter you mentioned is exactly half of Juve, 82m.
the best way to find out is to probably make a Serie A best 23 man squad, and see how many of our players make it. we have the best team, and we have some depth (mostly in the attacking department, other areas arent all that really), but i wouldnt say its by far the best team.

then all those injuries...

i dont see many overachievements so far, BL in 11/12 being one, reaching CL final being the other. you can count in this seasons CL as well, if you think kicking out City is some overachievement

How many overachievements is enough?

Who here actually thought Pool would be in CL final this season?

The guy has got Dortmund and Pool to CL final. He won 2 leagues at germany and u cant use some Bayern decline excuse cause Bayern actually beat them on CL final.

who here actually thought Pool would face Sevilla, Spartak, Maribor, Porto, City and Roma on their way to the final? dont you think a few other teams, like us, Tottenham, PSG, Bayern, could have done the same, with a similar path? do you think Pool would be in the final if they played in a group with us or barcelona for example, then got Real Madrid or Bayern in the 1st knock out stage? City are the best team they faced, and City is their perfect opponent basically, playing exactly how Liverpool and Klopp like it. yes, reaching the final is always a challenge, but his 2013 final was a far more impressive feat.

Noone will remember this if they win the CL. Real beat Roma and Wolfsburg and Man Shitty in 2016 up to final.

yes, IF they win. beating Real is something only Allegri managed to do since 2013, maybe theyd be on pace for their 5th straight title if he didnt. lets see how they do in the return leg 1st, however
