It shouldn't change anything. We were lucky, pure and simple. He still should go.
Well we aren't going to sack a coach after winning the derby so it doesn't really matter. There was nothing lucky about our goal, and we hit the bar just before we scored so maybe stop trying to find excuses. Sometimes you win games you don't deserve to, the same way we lost some.

Didn't like our second half, but really it changed with their goal, that's a mentality thing that only results can change. Your coach doesn't matter one bit there. Chelsea have Mourinho who is considered untouchable for players who play under him, the best motivator, yet when they concede a goal they fall to pieces every game. We need results and a string of them.

Having said that the balance of the team still isn't right. Losing Khedira didn't help at all today, but at least he went for the more offensive option rather than Lemina. Oh and the Alex Sandro sub looked ridiculous at the time but it paid off precisely as required so coaches always look good on those.

im hoping this will be the turn around. We are lacking confidence at the moment, hopefully we can reinforce in January as well

He's not capable of bringing out confidence back. As it has been proven time and time again.

We always saw him as a good tactican but not so good motivator. Right now even our veterans seem careless and not giving a fuck. We're just delaying the inevitable. A last minute saving goal changes nothing.

You've said this exact same thing after every win. He seriously deserves to be fired for having us with only 15 points from 11 games, and still having no clue as to which formation suits our players best.
not really. only before an after Atlanta

as for the rest, its easy to look at this so simple an ignoring other factors for having a poor start.

His team still looks clueless, players were lost most of the game.

And that defence of ours... Glik had a field day during corners.

So many problems right now.

Still doubt he will be able to fix these things in time and get the team back on track.

That sub though proved to be stroke of a genius. I think every juventino was left puzzled when Sandro came in for Dybala.
Then your brain must be the size of a peanut to think it's "genius". He subs in an attacker that relies on supplies, mostly aerials. And a guy who's arguably the best crosser in the team for a guy who really had a bad day at set pieces. More obvious than that, impossible as there's nothing to be left "puzzled" about. It simply paid off at the last minute.

The most important thing is that we probaby cannot get any even somewhat suitable replacement mid-season. If we can, great, but if not, he should, and will, stay until the end of the season at least.

If we're not within 5 points of 3rd and through to the Rof16 by the Christmas break he clearly should be fired. There is absolutely no excuse for that. At that point firing him would be to save the season.
