Celebrating cringe-worthy, gut-wrenching performances :lol2: Yup, we're definitely back to Del Neri's glorious days.
All while in 10th place in the table. Maybe 11th after the round is finished. I don't think we were ever this low in the table under Del Neri?

“At the moment we are far away. We had three good games, fell at Sassuolo unexpectedly and now enjoy this victory.

Allegri thinks our Gladbach and Inter 0-0 draws were good games :sergio:

Swear to God, when I watch these players on the pitch I get the same feeling I had watching that pathetic team back in those days. That sense of impending crumbling under the slightest pressure, watching every team coming at us like a bunch of vultures smelling weakness. It's disgusting.

Pathetic. I opted not to read his and Marotta's pre and post matches interviews anymore, I always end up wanting to throw my monitor out the window.

I forgot to wake up to watch the match. What happened? what formation did we play and was the midfield functioning?
Firstly,
FAKE

We started with 4-3-1-2 with Hernanes in the hole. It lasted exactly 11 minutes at which point Khedira walked off injured with Cuadrado replacing him. Hernanes went back deep in Cheesio's role and we switched to a 4-3-3 with Dybala as CF. Apart from Pogbas wonder goal there was nothing beautiful about the whole game. Our midfield was pretty much cack.

We got lucky is what happened. Terrible performance
Your guess as to what formation we where playing is as good as mine
The only thing worse than our midfield was our ATTACK, OVERALL GAMEPLAN AND MOTIVATION

Yes we are all happy we won, and still massively concerned that we look like a steaming pile of shit on the field.
Derbies are always like that. Doesnt matter position on the table, current form, games are often unpredictable. Take last year's derby as an example. We won in the last minute, with Pirlo's stunner and only moments before we had looked like we were about to lose a game. Later in the season we lost a derby. It really isnt any indication as to what this team is capable of, but I find very little sense in attacking the guy after a victory.

We really should be critical of him when we are playing terrible. No gameplan, no motivation, no confidence. A lucky victory does not change that just as we should not be overly negative if we play brilliantly but gets unlucky and loose.

Dont get me wrong, it was a terrible display and I've said it immediately after the game ended. But these ugly wins is what the team needs right now. Confidence booster. It could turn around our season, games like these, when you play bad and still manage to win.

well, we are back in our pre Conte days, it is only a matter of time untill Allegri gets the boot, we better do it, with our least possible casualties and more efficient way.
We better not start yet another strife period of bringing new Ranieris, Delneris, fire them, rinse and repeat.
We must now prepare his successor, sign him now, but for the summer, Mourinho is likely to go, this will cause some coach change chain reaction and we must prepare to from now to take advantage for it!
And of course, for any proper coach to accept joining us , he would expect us to get ridden of Marotta first, before he engages any negotiations.
It is the best moment to do it now, as its the maximum distance from the next transfer window and wouldnt at all effect our sporting performance!
It must be done asap, to show at the real coaches that we mean business!

I agree that you need ugly wins to win championships and the game against Torino last year was just as terrible. I think the reason why people are extremely negative at the moment is because we can't spot a gameplan at all. So even if the we get a few wins in a row it will still be a problem that our team dont have an identity to fall back on the next time we face difficulties

3 points is what matters in the end but the way we've been playing is absolutely pathetic. I have no respect for a team with no huevos.
True. And that sub was because he already thinks that we will draw and wants to keep Dybala for Borussia.Nothing ingenious here. Two LB's at the same time.Because he thinks that Sandro will make a pass?Hell no.Luck and nothing more than that.We had to be thankful to Superman that we didn't lose tonight..

Started 4-3-1-2, Khedira injury leaves us switching to 4-3-3, and Hernanes spent the whole game getting in Marchisio's way, so our midfield was a shambles. Pogba was the lone bright spot. Very few mistakes, stunning goal, very good game.

Dybala made a nice dummy to create space for Pogba's goal, and put in a perfect pass that almost led to a 2nd by Pogba, but otherwise was lousy. Morata was played wide left and seemingly told to stay wide as he rarely came into the middle until just before being sub'd. He ended up playing like a defensive winger all match. Shambles of a team performance. We probably should have lost 3-1.

What? He sub'd Sandro in because he's our best crosser, and he wanted to feed crosses to Mandzukic.

It didn't quite work that way and instead we got very lucky that Torino had a defensive brainfart in the 94th minute, and Pogba made a very smart play to set Sandro free to make his low cross.
