IMO the team needs more balance, 433 won't cut it. Pogba has too many defensive duties, we have to play a very defensive RB, and I feel with Khedira as a box-to-box we are exposed. Cuadrado is clearly overloaded with almost every offensive play going throught him, and having to run like a madman to defend.
I haven't watched last game, but I like the idea of playing a 41212 with Pogba playing in a more advanced position.
We need balance. More attacking from the left, so Sandro should get more opportunities. More protection in the middle. More space to Pogba. A more dynamic RB, who can overlap and offer attacking from the right.
I think Pogba has every little thing needed to be a great AM, give him a roaming free role in front of the midfield trio, along with Dybala. Both take turns at the center of the pitch and falling to the sides.
Also I really like the idea of making Sturaro a part time RB. He's got the stamina, he's very quick, his defending is awesome, his touch is decent. I'm sure he could be at least at the same level of Licht. Padoin is underwhelming, Caceres shouldn't be counted on anymore.
I like Lemina, I think it would be great if we found space for him as a DM, with Marchisio as a box-to-box CM. I really think Lemina can develop into a world class DM.
I know taking Cuadrado out of the lineup is kind of nuts, but I'd rather see a more balanced scheme who is not dependant on one player like we are on him right now.
The team I'd like to see, with roles and positions more defined:
------------------Buffon
Sturaro----Bonucci------Chiellini------Alex Sandro
------------------Lemina
--------Marchisio---------Khedira
------------------Pogba
----------Dybala
-----------------------Morata
If both fullbacks overlap, with Marchisio and Khedira playing as box-to-box, and Pogba and Dybala can understand each other and take turns going through flanks, also with Morata's movement, that's a team that should be more solid and shouldn't miss creativity/width.
Neto, Licht, Barzagli, Rugani, Evra, Asamoah, Hernanes, Pereyra, Cuadrado, Mandzukic, Zaza, is a great bench.
If this formation doesn't work for lack of offense, just sub Lemina for Cuadrado.
Without the ball:
---------------Marchisio
-----Cuadrado-----------Khedira
-----------------Pogba
----------Dybala
-----------------------Morata
With the ball:
-------------Marchisio
-------Khedira--------Pogba
----Cuadrado
---------------Dybala
-------------------Morata
But I think we need to improve the balance of the team.

Massimiliano Allegri won’t be pressured into picking Paulo Dybala for Juventus - “it’s not my problem if they paid €40m.”
“I’ll explain this for the second time,” Allegri sighed in his pre-Sassuolo Press conference.
“I’ve said it’s not my problem if they paid €40m, because a Coach doesn’t pick the 11 for his team because one cost €40m and the other cost €3m.
“If the one who they paid €3m for plays better or is more useful than the one who cost €40m… I think the Coach is paid to get results.
“At the end of the game, if one player has played or another has played, it doesn’t change a thing. In the end, Juventus just have to get results. That’s what I’m here for.
“Dybala is a player who has very good quality, but who is also a young lad and has to improve, and has to change roles. And he can become a great player, on that I agree.
“Now we’re talking about intentions, he could play two or three games, he could play in the national team… let’s just take it one game at a time.
“He has to be managed, just as [Alvaro] Morata has to be managed, [Paul] Pogba has to be managed, [Giorgio] Chiellini has to be managed, [Leonardo] Bonucci has to be managed, [Gigi] Buffon has to be managed…
“I think a few weeks ago it was the same stuff: [Juan] Cuadrado, Cuadrado, Cuadrado, Cuadrado… It was as though Juventus couldn’t play without Cuadrado, or Cuadrado would be taken away.
“If he played every game from now until May 16, he’d be taken away in an ambulance. So I have to be able, with a bit of luck, to manage the players.
“That’s what I’m here for, that’s why I started doing this job, and that’s what Coaches are paid to do.”
He's doing it poorly then.
Last season, Llorente was in horrendous form and the guy kept him almost till january as a starter. Morata in 5 min would do more than Llorente in a game.
It's not like Morata fit well because of Allegri's management. The guy was screaming a starting place a long time ago. Allegri took too much time to start him, but results came anyway. He actually mismanaged on the point, refusing to let production on the pitch speak for itself, but results came despite of that.
Pogba started his first year was a backup, and a great one. Like any coach would've done, since our 532 was impossible to change and we had Pirlo - Marchisio - Vidal to play.
In the second year, Marchisio got seriously injured. Pogba stepped in and he was the responsible for becoming a starter, displaying his great talent. It's not like Conte's management was decisive. He just did what was blatantly obvious and in front of everyone to see.

What Allegri is doing with Dybala is simply stupid. You don't bench the guy because you know he's young and a newcomer. His production has absolutely got him a place in the team, and Allegri is doing the opposite of what he talks about. He's benching the guy because of theoretical circunstances (in this case not the price, but the age), ignoring his much better production than anybody else at that position, including Morata, who is bad as a SS.
Just be humble, assume to yourself your mistake, correct it and move on. If he benches Dybala again, only to misplace Morata, I'll lose it.
