And then takes out Morata for Mandzukic to pair with Zaza :howler: What the hell was that? Was this in England? We pick "psychically strong" players over talent and skill, players that can change a game at anytime? If people thought fielding Morata and Mandzukic made little sense, him and Zaza shouldn't ever be considered.

Big boss fucked up. Plain and simple. Those 3 points were ours.
:agree:

The fact that the same people have spent 8 Serie A rounds now pretending like each successive bad performance is no big deal is quite amusing. The question becomes, when does it become a big deal and worrying? If we're still out of the top 5 when midseason break rolls around? When we mathematically miss out on CL for next year?

We have a full squad and easyer fixtures now. The next 5 games, we should see vast improvements. I will worry when they are abscent

A lot of comments here would've been the exact opposite if Khedira scored from that shot that hit the post. We would've picked up 3 points away to a full house San Siro with a clean sheet. People would've celebrated the 'brilliance' of Allegri.

One of the things that affected our game was the two early yellows Khedira and Marchisio picked. For only 30 minutes in the first half we were over-played, and not by much. The rest of the game we were in total control against a very, very motivated Inter. All in all, Allegri deserves a 6.5 for this. Decent

Though, I do think Allegri is wrong to start Zaza ahead of Dybala. Also, Marchisio who have been out of the game for a while ahead of Pereyra (who really deserves much more time on the pitch).
the alternative regista is hernanes not pereyra. I'll take a marchisio lacking match fitness any day as my regista

Our free kicks and corners are basically goal kicks and opposition counter attacks.

And you NEVER play 2 $#@!ing big number 9's together in a partnership wtf is this the 20th century? Dybala has to start and we're so $#@!ing lopsided with only 1 wing back being able to attack efficiently. ALEX $#@!ING SANDRO at WING BACK please.
Nothing beats the Amauri + Iaquinta games. That was just magic

I'd be lying if I said I'm not worried about us not making to the CL next season. It will certainly happen if we keep losing points like this. It's ridiculous.

At some point the weight/pressure of dropping points and missing the CL spots will take its toll. We need a good run of form to get us that confidence back because leaking points like this is only going to make it even harder mentally for us to enter the field with the right mentality.

Desperation makes everything harder and obviously focus gets lost in the process.

You'd think we lost, the gap is smaller to 1st place, Fiorentina faltering, Inter aren't great, Napoli look good but will drop off. Roma are Roma.

9 pts in 8 games Salvo, it's utter fucking shambles. Only win 2 out of 8 and we supposed to be happy we are showing good signs. Results all that matters, and we keep faltering, don't see hope for improvement in that front, especially since we are so damn clueless in final third.

I agree we need to improve but we are getting better. Hopefully everyone stays fit.

Not only are we getting better, but its actually a sign of progress that we didnt actually lose a big away game in Serie A again after the Napoli and Roma losses lol

In all seriousness, a draw at San Siro against Inter (a very motivated Inter I might add) isnt a bad result at all really. The bad results were the monumental fuck ups against Chievo, Udinese and Frosinone (especially). I feel we have got those shitty results out of our system now and the team will improve and go on a run of wins soon. We have a nicer looking run over the next 6-7 games, and IMO we will pick up a lot of points. Roma/Inter/Napoli away in the first 8 rounds with a new team was always going to be a tough task. I cant wait til we get those bitches at JS later on in the season.
