I could see him pushing his palms down as a sign to calm down show patience to his players, I really thought he read the game well after Emery boys slowed and stopped playing. I just don't get why we still continued with the aimless pressing at times and why our guys ran so much. Allegri still fell short because at half time he failed to drill this in. bad habits are hard to break. Sadly I don't think Allegri will learn from this and sacking him will do us no good. So time to bite the lip and ride the wave.

Me too. Whatever keeps Rabiot and Arthur out of rotation. But let’s not kid ourselves. Villareal didn’t have a better squad. Allegri could’ve made us play better against those provincials
Exactly. I understand the limitations of our players, but we've had too many bad results and worse performances against inferior teams. How can one defend that?

There's no defense to any of this. It obviously isn't 100% his fault. Evra is right when he says this team lacks quality, mid is still utter shit as it has been for the past 4 seasons. BUT it's still a better squad than most of Serie A and certainly better than those mid-table Spanish clubs. What happened tonight was unacceptable.

It's also obvious the issue is deeper than just changing coaches but I'd like to see us try a non-Italian who can bring a different mentality/football system.

Well he was pushed out from the squad for no reason of course he is upset with Juventus management, fortunately Zenit has paid him millions of euros so now he don't need to think about the money anymore
I don't think that's the case to me it's obvious he's still following the team and didn't just tune in for one match.

How many horrific games have we have in the Champions League under him now? It's a pattern with him, there is absolutely no reason whatsoever to lose by such margins.

I didn't watch the second half, but he always makes super late subs when he's going for a draw, why the hell would you do that when you need to score?

Same. Let’s see if this passing slowly in the midfield shit stops finally with better players or not.
It probably won't make a huge difference because the team is too concerned with keeping a shape. Just look at the lack of movement today, players standing around in possession, no interchanging of positions, all north-south garbage. And this is when Villarreal didn't even look that comfortable parking the bus.

I'm sorry but there is simply no excuse. Yes the team is bad but he did get reinforcements in January and we sold the players he did not intend to use, this included Ronaldo. Besides it was freaking Villareal, at home.

A man can hope. I understand that given how terrible we were early on discipline and structure were the most important things to implement. But our offensive game is unwatchable. Even serie A minnows offer a better game.
