apart from the fact if moggi is guilty there would be a massive uproar in the media if moggi did get a spot in juve.
moggi would surely not have half the power of back then, so without his power and the obvious suspicious thoughts of everyone who reads papers today moggi would have it so difficult that he might even do worse than secco (yes, i know that this is hard to imagine).
let secco gain his experience or let another one do his job, but if we get marino we surely will need stronger chairs.
i think marinos strength in negotiating is, that everbody mistakes him as bald Peter Griffn and so underestimate his skills !

Bringing Moggi back in serie A though, would turn calciopoli in a total circus.

It would only prove that nothing really change, to the delusional fans that had some romantic thoughts that we were sacrificed, for the good of the Italian championship:melayyanandmessi:
Milan already started to prove how much things have changed and on which direction.
In the end, history will write that calciopoli was made, only for us, so we will get relegated and become even more weaker!

On the other hand, the dark powers that did manage to destroy us without real evidence, will only have an opportunity to do it again and they will have the press's (=people's) wishes too, on their side.

So, with all due to respect to Moggi, his efforts, his fights against the system, to keep us competitive, we will have to decline, having him back (officially at least)
