It's a "business line" laptop so it's better quality than the cheap stuff the various companies push out. Apparently with Dell there's a pretty huge difference between the cheapo ones and the better ones.
Our old printers are extremely reliable. I've had calls where the printer was about 13 years old, and still worked like a charm. The newer ones have hardware failures quite early in their life.

Oh yes there is. At work we all have Dell and they are quite the machines. Compared to the ones I've seen with friends and acquaintances there is a big gap. I don't know why is it that big though. Other manufacturers do have a difference but it is not that big as with Dell.
