I agree with the bolded statement
and yes, they are fun to watch. One of the things I like most about Ligue is how teams give youngsters chances and allow them to express themselves, you occasionally get to watch the Hazards, Pjanics, Carrasco's, Payets of this world really express themselves before they move on to bigger clubs.
I wouldn't be so sure of that. Never underestimate Aulas's ability to keep players. If he can convince them that he means serious business by making signings like Depay, they might stay on a bit longer. Plus, Lyon as always have some really good youngsters coming up; Tousart in particular has looked very promising in that DM role. With Fekir slowly coming back to form as well, Lyon could be a really good prospect next season.
Another club that has an interesting long term project is Lille. They have a new owner now; he's brought in a couple of directors that have a lot of good contacts in European football, they have a long term project to make Lille like Monaco or Porto(a team with a wide reaching scouting network, that identifies talents quickly, gets them in cheap, and sells them in a few years for a lot more money); they've already agreed with Bielsa for him to coach the team next season.
