You seem to miss my point. Both Bonucci and Benatia need Chiellini (or Barzagli) next to them.
I wouldnt be thrilled with Benatia-Bonucci pairing which will possibly happen during the season if the deal goes through.
Benatia is overrated for sure. What is the good in defender who is 89 min good and then 1 min blunder which cost us.
Genoa, Madrid, Barca. Not one game. Benatia is clear example of a defender who looks good in serie a but not in CL when it matters.
I used to think Real cheated us but i saw the pen incident different angle and Benatia fcked up given he should have experience to deal with the situation.

Conspiracy theory: Ronaldo bribed Bonucci to deflect that goal past Buffon in Cardiff. Said he would come to Juve and win CL with Bonucci in future.
