Those turkish bastards who cover our facebook site with shitloads of commentaries should better watch Asamoah play tonight. They would immediatly stop with this fuck and turn to be thankful that they haven't got Asamoah.

I thought he was very good last night. Looked very sharp and capable of skipping past his man on more than a few occasions.

One thing you have to admire about Kwadwo is his physique. There was some Chievo dude running at him at one point while he stood there and threw him away. The commentator burst out laughing.

:agree:

Started with a few terrible passes but did a some good things too. In particular two good interceptions in our box in the first half and looked better as the match went on.

Bias talking, he did really well vs the old tag tag Chievo players. Was allways step ahead of them.

Offered absolutely nothing in the final third. Didn’t stretch play at all. Just kept passing back to CBs after every 5 seconds of indecision.

There is one player at this club that offers absolute nothing in all facets of football and his name is Kwadwo Asamoah.

Captain Passback lives again collecting a lovely salary mind you to offer nothing to his employer or his coworkers.

Yeah he was fine in this game, he had a powerful opponent in Hateboer. The issue with him playing alongside Mandzukic is that because he has lost his explosiveness we miss a consistent overlap on the left hand side. He has 80% of that level left in him and it came through at times (as mentioned he was part of the first goal) but towards the end of the game he was mostly a defender or midfielder.

Still, even at his best his crossing is very inconsistent anyway. His best bet is always that chopped cut back cross, especially as there is not as much to aim at crossing from the left in comparison to the right.
