Pogba is not the standard here and he shouldn't really be used as an example. For me Coman shows potential but his decision making is far from good yet but also he's a bit too lightweight as for my liking.

And coman is just 18 years old.

For 18 years old, especially in serie A. Coman minutes play is good.
You can check dybala when he was 18 years old.
I guess he was benched player with minutes below coman. And dybala play with palermo not juventus.

And about matri.
We are in most important part of the season.
It is not wise to let not happiness player in the team in this time.
Allegri must keep all player happy not just coman.
Even coman is very talented one.

You make i good point about Coman but still i think he deserves more playing time and Tevez needed rest Llorente wasn't even playing vs bvb.
