Juventus Football Club can today announce that Kingsley Coman has joined Bayern Munich on a two-season loan deal for a fee of €7 million, to be paid in two installments.

The agreement also provides Bayern Munich with the option to make the move made permanent at any time up until 30 April 2017, with the fee for the player’s definitive acquisition fixed at €21 million.

Coman to bayern for 2yr loan worth 7m + buy back option untill April 2017 for 21m "
What?

I understand it he's on a €8m two year loan. In two years, Bayern have an option to sign him permanently for €20m. If they don't take up this option, he will return to Juventus. Are you saying we have a counter option on their option? If they chose to sign him for €20m, we can as well get him back for €21m?

Real question is; why is he joining a team where it's even harder to break through at LW? Bayern have even more and better players ahead of him then we do. At least here, Allegri favored him to start

He seems to have a sense of entitlement. Unfortunately, if he does not feature for Bayern it also means they won't take up the option.

So,why do we do this? Honestly. Did Conan not develop as we expected? Do we need the money? If not, why don't we have a buy back clause?

Coman wanted to go to bayern (allegri's words)

Bayern is short on wingers and Ribery is rekt forever it seems

We dont need the money, but its a good deal. Especially since apparently we arent planning on 433

Here's something from reddit:
Bayern really only have two wingers right now and one of them is a 31 year old, injury prone Robben. I am sure he will get some playtime.

Here's something from reddit:
You forget Douglas Costa along with Ribery and Robben. But then again, Robben at LW? Never. So it's Ribery > Costa > Coman at LW. And is this really the way Guardiola works? Is he putting the system ahead of the players at his disposal? If you count in all of Bayerns attacking players a system without wingers could feature a stronger lineup.
