The last couple of years, we’ve lacked a CF option off the bench when Morata goes through his usual lack of confidence spell, Dybala’s injuries, CR7s odd injury and his COVID absence.
Can’t see any harm actually having a CF option off the bench who won’t demand minutes instead of resorting to absurdities like bringing on Vrioni when we needed a goal against Lyon.

 Wouldn't be surprised!

Dislikes both, Cuadrado and Allegri I think.
The Allegri thing - I can understand it as while his quality is proven its also a thing of taste but how can someone dislike someone like Cuadrado who can play all over the field in multiple positions, does his job great and doesnt earn that sick money players of his abilities earn.. Its kind of impossible to do that..

Typical Brazilian who knows how to do "elastico" better than scoring goals. I'd not count him being main striker for any club ever. These guys just like to juggle with the ball more often than get rid of it for a goal.

Gonna be second fill to nobody.

Pretty sure this is one of those future trade pieces we'll use in a Serie A transfer with Sassoulo or Atalanta.

Ronaldo is gone after this season while Morata’s loan will also be up. This could be more of a move for next season. He redshirts for a year.

Morata is not going anywhere, you don't pay 20m for a 2 year loan. It's just a payment plan at this point.

they’re not gonna spend another 30m+ on him if he flops this season. If the plan was to buy him they would’ve done it this summer instead of wasting another 10m on a loan.

if we wanted to buy him this window the cost in the clause is 40m. its constructed in the way that guarantees Atletico 50m for him, its either two 10m loans and 30m buyout or one 10m loan and 40m buyout.we just preffered to not pay the whole 40m this year.

We were rejected by Quagliarella and couldn't get Scamacca last January. All things considered that's a good move.

Not a bad deal, it's not like we are lacking players upfront, Dybala, Morata, Ronaldo, Chiesa and Kulusevski ( I could see Cuadrado being used as RW to.

He is young, cheap and talented. Even if he flops we could get a plusvalenza on him later. Let's hope his good, he is clearly not the finished product, but he can develop.

gds's juve guy reports that we offered 1.5m, and either santos takes it now or we'll wait until january. the player already signed a pre-contract.

same news recycled over and over, with slightly different numbers.
