I'm a dutch Guy and almost 2 years ago i was on a student exchange with a few italians guys,, my student was Ale Bettega and i'm very curious how he's doing at the moment? is there any chance he will make it to the first team.. a month ago i read some article in the Gazetto but because it was italian i didn't understand it,, it looked like they were comparing him with Nedved,, is that right? well i hope that some of you can tell me something about him,, i'm very curious...

The terrible evening of Athens 1983, is remebered by all the Juventus fans not only for the defeat in the Champions League; it was also the last match for Roberto Bettega as a Bianconero. The legendary "Bobby Gol" left Torino to end his carreer as a footballer in Canada, to be back then, after ten years, as manager.

Saturday, March 24 2007, almost 24 years after that event, another Bettega is wearing again the Juventus shirt. He is his son Alessandro, who was still not born, that terrible evening. Born 1987, hinge of the midfield and captain for the Primavera of Vincenzo Chiarenza, he had the chance to make his debut against Standard Liege, which his father - and that's another fate's sign - eliminated during the journey that led to the final against

Like what i said before about him in the Official Primavera thread when i saw the final of Beppe Viola Tournament ..

Our best player in the game was Esposito .. his style of play similar to Camoranesi style ..

    Cristian Pasquato
Born in 1989, he's one of the best youngsters at Juventus, whom he joined five years ago from the Veneto region.
He comes to the Youth team after winning the Allievi title in 2006, ready to follow in Giovinco's footsteps. He can play in any role up front; he hits the ball very well and scores often. A free kick specialist, he scored the one that won the Super Cup final against Inter Milan

Youth team win at Mantova, are first in League

In the end the Youth Team found their habitual placing again: on top of the League. After Saturday's favourable results (League leaders Sampdoria lost alongside Parma, while Piacenza drew against Brescia), Chiarenza's team couldn't miss their chance.

At home against Mantova (the match having been postponed to the Sunday to allow the team to take part in the Mass honouring the anniversary of Alessio Ferramosca and Riccardo Neri's passing), the Bianconeri got their sixth win in a row. It ended 2-1 with a goal each half by Castiglia and Daud. Juventus now lead with two points over Sampdoria, three over Brescia and six more than Parma and Piacenza, one week before the winter break. The Bianconeri will need to beat Cagliari at home next Saturday to celebrate Christmas in front of everybody.
That's where Juventini belong - on top of the league!:juventus:
