Only the away kit for me then, different gradation of blacks between the stripes and jeep sticker is awful IMO.

Even if the shade of black was identical the appearance would not be the same because black on fabric and black on 'sticker' with a gloss or matt finish have different appearances. You nearly always get a discrepancy using different materials. If the backing had been white you would have seen two different types of white from the logo to the jersey material.
