Actually, it points towards draxler as an inshurance option.
Say we'd get draxler and he'd get injured, then what ?
Well, with Cuadrado, we can directly switch to 4-3-3 or 3-5-2 and be stacked.
At the end of the season, we can see wether draxler delivers, and we dont need cuadrado, or he didnt and then we'll make an approach for cuadrado

I wanted to say people make to much fuss when we don't know anything yet and the most reliable source is saying we still haven't presented an offer, maybe I should have putted this way but I see most people using that in here so I guessed its ok

i like cuadrado and i think hed be helpful here, i also think we are doing chelsea huge favor and therefore should have a pay off in the form of an option at an acceptable price to mitigate that, here check out how much hes costing them in the books:

Sport Mediaset in Italy claim 27-year-old Cuadrado will be in Turin on Monday for a medical and to sign the contract.
It’ll be a return to Serie A after Fiorentina sold him to Chelsea in January for €31m plus the loan of Mohamed Salah.
Cuadrado spent the vast majority of his career in Italy, joining Udinese in July 2009.
