Practically the whole Juventus board is planted by Inter; it's been a long time planning to frame Juventus and keep them down cause that's the way Inter can only win scudetto's. How does all the other big clubs get punished and not Inter hmmmmm.

Marco Tardelli believes Juventus have thrown away the last three years and that the current board doesn't know anything about football.

The former midfielder who made 259 appearances for Juventus has been critical of the club ever since he left his position as a member of the Bianconeri's administrative council in 2006.

Speaking to Tuttosport, Tardelli said: “Does it really surprise me that Juventus have slid to seventh and are at risk of not qualifying for the Champions League? No, I have seen it coming for a long time.

“They didn't want to understand things and today Juventus find themselves in this situation. Personally I have said it many times. We needed to start on the right path three years ago. In the meantime, important numbers have been spent without the results giving those choices any comfort.”

“But they never listened to me, preferring to support those who were never worried about football. Sure it was necessary to start the work of renewal before. Now it occurs to Juventus that they have to start again,” Tardelli concluded.

Juventus currently lie seventh in Serie A. They haven't won for over a month and new boss Alberto Zaccheroni has only picked up two points since his arrival 10 days ago.

Not really. Last two years were not failures, not great successes but not failures either. It is only this year that we have actually been a failure. And sadly it'll take us back three years and undo the decent work done in the last two seasons. If we fail to make it to the CL (looking like a real possibility right now) we are doomed!

What he said will hardly effect the team right now. He's just saying he's opinion of what is wrong with the club and he's right IMO.

Our previous 3 seasons were even pretty big successes if you ask me. We regained our place faster than most objective people would have thought.
Alas, this was meant to be the season where we were supposed to become a contender for the Scudetto again and we (the entire team/club) f*cked up beyond recognition.
I can certainly see how that's extremely hard to take for most people, but claiming that we started on the wrong path 3,5 years ago is, imo, utter nonsense.

But as I wrote in the John Elkann thread, since Deschamps left, we haven't added one player to the team, that would be good enough (all our three youngsters were Deschamps' work, he even wanted us to sign Sissoko, which we eventually did). Therefore, in the last two years, we have been playing with the same team. What we are seeing this year is not a dip in form, not an unsuccessful year, it's just the harvest of what the BOD sowed: our key players are getting older, more injury prone, and let's be honest with ourselves, even less effective, and we have no one to replace them with.
