No. It says that by hiring Blanc the effort to investigate the Triad was foiled. Ie. he was hired as new chief and he basically said "let's turn the page, forget about the past". The column on the right is crazy hard to read, but I can just make out that it's about Moggi and Giraudo trying to hire Capello. I don't think it mentions Blanc.

The fact Elkann made zero effort to defend Juventus/the triade despite having what has proven to be a very strong case, demonstrates there was some sort of animosity between the triade and the new regime. Whether they actively contributed in our demise is another matter, and it would be impossible to prove, as pressure from FIFA/UEFA contributed towards our non-appeal as well.
