An area where we have no expertize, meaning we will probably do a Nordiconad type deal and sell/lease the land.
A hotel is a brilliant idea though considering our fan base across Europe/Italy. Being a few minutes walk away from the stadium will make life much easier for our travelling fans and will entice many to make the trip who previously held back because of logistical issues.
It could also entice some tourist who are not Juventus fans to sample a piece of Italian culture outside of food and art. If I were staying in a hotel near a cricket stadium in India I would go and see a match, even though I know fuck all about cricket.
That is extremely unlikely, considering the location of the stadium. I don't think anyone who is planning to go to Torino as a tourist will be looking for a hotel in that area. Wouldn't make any sense.
For our own, foreign fans it might be worth it. Still, when(ever) I go over, I look for places to stay in the city centre.
What I assume we're planning to do, is target companies etc for conferences, business meetings and so on. 2 or 3 day meetings with people staying at the hotel, utilising the area surrounding the stadium, ...
That's ok. The presence of Lanzafame makes up for that.
