yes, it's the away fans section. i don't know if they are too low, but we must begin a new way of thinking about football in italy. This is a private property unlike the other stadiums, so the away fans will pay more attention , and so our supporters as well i hope.
if anything i thought away fans would show even less respect seeing as how it's something that actually belongs to Juve?

we should set up nets to surround them, think they do that down in Catania don't they?

Anyone have further information on this “Continassa Project"?

It's an area of 265,000 squared meters around the stadium, and our new headquarters, as well as Juventus football school, concert park and a bunch of other commercial activities will be here. We agreed to pay 1 million euros for the land, which based on other reports I have read, is apparently a shit hole with gypsies and prostitutes occupying the area. It will take 10 years to fully develop.

I'm curious on how we will fund all these various activities they have planned here. I imagine they will sell/lease some of the space to a company who has experience in whatever businesses they have planned here, similar to what we did with Nordiconad in the immediate area around the stadium.

From the above link, it sounds like we plan on expanding many of our own interest here, and other than the obvious (training area, headquarters, etc), do we plan on running any of the other business here that are not football related?

I know Arsenal own real estate from housing built at their old ground, and the club receives money from these activities. I wonder if what we have planned on this Continassa area is similar, because if it is, it could have have just as big an impact on our club as the stadium.

.
Shit, does that mean we are trying to get Ibrahimovic back? That will probably end up being his living space.

An area where we have no expertize, meaning we will probably do a Nordiconad type deal and sell/lease the land.

A hotel is a brilliant idea though considering our fan base across Europe/Italy. Being a few minutes walk away from the stadium will make life much easier for our travelling fans and will entice many to make the trip who previously held back because of logistical issues.

It could also entice some tourist who are not Juventus fans to sample a piece of Italian culture outside of food and art. If I were staying in a hotel near a cricket stadium in India I would go and see a match, even though I know fuck all about cricket.
