it's true though. i used to shave my head cause i was cheap and didn't want to pay $25 dollars every 3-4 weeks for a hair cut (that's $300 dollars per year that i saved) so i shaved my own head for 2.5 years straight.

now i am on that glorious mario gomez hair time

No, if they were Conte would hooked a brother up, like wtf, just give in already and get with the program Palletta. Soon he will be like Cambiasso, holding into one single strand of hair that he combs over.

Why should there even be an argument when Messi is better in every way? Baggio was my first football love, my first emotional footie moment was crying as a kid because he missed that pk. But there is zero reason to search for arguments besides just playing the devils advocate out of boredom, Messi would dominate that period's Serie A still, he is just that kind of quality of player thats above others.
No reason in particular, just something to talk about :D

And you should know I'm bored and devils advocate is what I was eluding to.

But no one has answered my question: what would messi do outside of Italy?

@Osman - how about this to bake your noodle. what if we signed Tevez as the same age as Del Piero do you think he would have accomplished as much?

Osman and his Messi obsession  Just stop drooling over his balls, please.

That context is absolutely ridiculous. Those players played in tougher times when defenders knew how to defend and referees turned the blind eye to violence.

Even if Mr-I'm-protected-by-the-referees survived what all that was like, he'd face strong fierce competition to even try to be at the top 3 every year. It's funny how a 35 year old Romário is the only one in the list from the 00's besides Messi and Ronaldo. No more talent in the 00's? The well has dried but hey, it's Messi breaking records in the least-talented time period in Football history
