thats exactly like the rule for the CL (4 homegrown, 4 clubgrown). they better make it a 18 club league, make some reforms and force clubs to create their own players through their academies and help clubs with building new stadiums. maybe then the league quality would increase

And you're right about this one. It will weaken the league and Italian youngsters' prices will be driven up to the sky. Much like in England where every average player cost shitload money.

Thing is even our youth accademy is populated with a lot of non italians too

but if its the same rule as in the CL, the players don't have to be italian, they only must spend 3 seasons before they turns 21 in Italy. those players count as "four who grew up in Italy". the second group requires a player to spend atleast 3 seasons with the club before he is 21 which in the article is described as "four who came through the club’s own youth academy". this way Coman for example would count in both categories in 3 years as he is only 18 and will spend his next 3 seasons before 21 in Juve and Italy. i repeat, this is only if its the same rule as in the CL...
