I really doubt they'll be caught on that.

This being said, reports are they are now after Shaqiri offering 15M + bonus lol

Their most valuable players are Benatia, Strootman and Pjanic. They will make a lot of money on these guys.

There revenues are dirty low. They are having big losses year after year, covered by Palotta injecting money on the club.
I thought that this year was truly good for Roma. I'm talking about tickets, support, sellings and the maximizing of their brand-name. Also, they will have some cash from the participation in UCL group stages, except if this is about next year.

So what you are saying is a game between the 3rd and 4th biggest clubs in the 4th strongest league in the world is not as attractive as one between the two biggest commercial clubs in the world?

Pretty sure Tottenham vs Everton would draw more people than a game between those two teams.

Man united and real madrid are the most popular teams around the world

Not really a coincidence

Inter never was a big club worldwide and roma is neighter.

Juventus and milan would draw large crowds aswel, but not as large as united vs real offcourse

I'd say more like definitely.

Anyhow, NFL games between random teams sell out at Wembley and could probably sell 150,000 tickets upwards per game if it were possible. I don't think I've ever met a serious NFL fan here, either.

I know it's a different format and novelty involved there but it's an indication of what bringing a famous brand in for a limited period of time can do. Those two teams stole a march on everyone in the football world, and Barfa have done well to claw ground back (thanks to their amazing success + Messi).

The home advantage, however, did not extend to game day. Inter spoiled the party with a 2-0 victory in front of 12,169 at Lincoln Financial Field.

attendance figure of the Roma-Inter friendly if anyone's curious.

I was curious, and also looked up the Juventus-Everton friendly attendance of last year...
The match at AT&T Park, home of baseball's World Series champion San Francisco Giants, drew a crowd of 22,208, who saw Everton seal the victory when their American goalkeeper Tim Howard stopped defender Federico Peluso's penalty
