So guys what's Balotellis story? He doesn't miss a penatly in his career then misses 2 in a row, 2 really bad ones mind you.

It's like keepers have figured him out now, they'll wait for him to wait for them (if that makes sense), then feint one way and save the other.

Even two Padoin's at this point.
juve winning doesnt make padoin any less useless

Gilagol.

Or purchase Honda.
gilasaur would be just as useless in a team that creates little, sure he could hold up play but i doubt that would make a difference for them, as for honda they did try for him and it didnt work

Naingolan.

Put him and de jong next to montolivo and kaka, with balotelli and niang/el sharaawy in front.

Sure, they still have their crappy central defence, but naingollan takes significant pressure away from them.

Actually, i believe they should have sold or traded some of their excess players and got some promising central defender.

Ideally, Milan should have bought Ogbonna and naingollan

Abbiati

De Sciglio - Mexes - Ogbonna - Constant

De jong - Montolivo - Naingollum

Kaka

Balotelli - El Sharaawy

radja for 12 mil and matri's wages? now you are sounding like the plebs around here

The biggest problem with Matri is that he is't an improvement over the other Milan attackers, paying 12m for him when there's such holes in the squad was bad. Summed with Allegri's big trust in Ale, those 12m basically got Milan a downgrade, I bet some of the Milan forwards sitting on the bench could've been more productive.
Plenty of decent players, who could've added to this Milan side more, moved around in the summer around Matri's price and less. Joaquin, Campagnaro, Rolando, Albiol, Reina, Benatia..

that's why DP is the best set-piece taker in history. Never know how he's gonna take it. I've seen him cheat the keeper, place it, burry it, curl it. But even he missed some. It's impossible to convert them all. The only player that I've never seen miss a single PK was Zidane.

Its amazing when you think about it. If Roma win tonight, nobody would have thought if I said: "After 13 games, we would win 11, draw 1 and lose 1 and still be second to Roma".

Based on current points per game, to get a champions league spot a team will need to get more than 76 points with 3rd place Napoli on target to get 82 points.

Top 3 teams are going at fast pace.

In contrast, Milan's performance is truly shocking. If current points per game continues, they would end up with 41 points. To put that into context. Genoa last year was 4th from bottom and escaped relegation with 38 points. Amazing.

Points record for Conte
By Football Italia staff

The 2-0 win at Livorno on Sunday ensured that this is the best start to a Serie A season for Juventus under boss Antonio Conte.

After 13 games, the Old Lady had collected 29 points in Conte’s first season and 32 during the last campaign.

Juve presently have 34 points in the standings, thanks to 11 wins and one draw.

The Bianconeri’s only defeat this season in the top flight came in the 4-2 reverse at Fiorentina during Week 8, a tie they were winning 2-0.

They were also held to a 1-1 draw at Inter in Week 3.

Juventus are going for a hat-trick of Scudetti under their former midfielder.

On saturday:

Mario Balotelli ‏@FinallyMario
This is the end. :)

Yesterday:

Milan, chaos without end: Balotelli 10 minutes late for training, Robinho 38! Allegri furious and Tuesday's Celtic

The tragicomic situation that you live in the house Milan after yet another disappointing performance against Genoa, resulting in vibrant against all of the ultras Rossoneri, has added a new chapter. Mario Balotelli , who starred in the tweets of dawn today ("This in the end", then adjusted with a "Forza Milan a few hours later) was presented with ten minutes late for training today at Milanello fixed to 10.30. Robinho , which came yesterday in the final quarter of an hour of the match, made even better coming to the session with less than 38 minutes late compared to the rest of the group.

A behavior that, as picked up by Calciomercato.com environments Rossoneri, sent on a rampage now (enters a fine for both) coach Massimiliano Allegri, called to raise quickly the team two days before the crucial transfer at the home of Glasgow Celtic in the Champions League . The approach to Tuesday's race started in the worst way and this episode is yet another confirmation of what the fans are right in highlighting the lack of attachment and the lack of professionalism of some members of the rose.

Today:

According to Gazzetta 5 players were late to training today.
@Milanello: Balotelli arrived (25 minutes) late again for today's training session. He arrived 10 minutes late yesterday.

Balotelli, still 25 'minutes late for training! Barbara goes to Milanello

Late, for the second consecutive day. Mario Balotelli continues to speak of himself for his unprofessional behavior. This morning it occurred to Milanello for the seat of 11.30 to 10.55 and 25 minutes after the time of convocation scheduled for 10.30. And, as reported by colleagues present in Carnforth , during the first 15 minutes of the workout seemed listless, still asleep . E 'instead arrived on time instead Barbara Berlusconi. daughter of the owner came around to the Milanello at 12.25 to follow the last few minutes of training to have lunch with the team. Absent Adriano Galliani will reach the team at Malpensa, while Barbara did not leave for Glasgow with the players.
Some people wanted this clown here :lol2:

Galliani: 'Milan failure not a drama'
Milan general manager Adriano Galliani asked fans not to “make a drama” out of their probable failure to qualify for Europe.

Last night’s 1-1 draw with 10-man Genoa means the Rossoneri are without a Serie A win in five rounds, their worst streak since September 2007.

“Genoa’s only shot on target was a penalty and if Mario Balotelli had converted his spot-kick, we would’ve won the game,” insisted Galliani on Milan Channel.

“That was the key, then we attacked and attacked and attacked, but the ball would not go in. We have to look forward and the positive of the night was Kaka’s performance.”

The result wasn’t the only bad news for Milan, as Philippe Mexes pulled out in the warm-up with a left eye problem and Sulley Muntari limped off, ruling both out of the Champions League against Celtic on Tuesday.

“Muntari has a thigh strain and Mexes went to hospital for tests. It was very strange, as we can call it an eye infection. I don’t think he’ll be going to Glasgow on Monday either.”

Around 300 ultras blocked the San Siro exits with a protest after the final whistle, only allowing the team out after midnight when Kaka and Christian Abbiati met with them for a face-to-face confrontation.

With only 14 points from 13 Serie A games, Galliani is forced to admit Milan’s chances of qualifying for the Champions League are extremely slim.

“These seasons happen to everyone. People should remember the history of this club, as Silvio Berlusconi bought Milan from a bankruptcy tribunal.

“Napoli weren’t in the Champions League last year, Fiorentina are only in the Europa League this term and Inter finished ninth last season, but they are still there. It’s not as if the other clubs suddenly died when they had an off year.

“Milan have 115 years of history and a 116th will begin too. Bad years happen to everyone, let’s not make a drama out of it. Look at the Champions League trophies we won and the Finals we played. Even more recently, in the last three seasons we came first, second and third.

“We must raise our heads up and be proud of this Milan.”
This season they dream to finish 4th

Milan :touched::touched::touched:

He is right about Berlusconi tho, he did save them... that's why the ultras don't have much face to run riot, they know he's the reason they have such expectations in the first place..
