I've no idea what irrompe means, but as I understood it, the financial police is talking with FIGC regarding Napoli. Could it be that they're paying Hamsik and Cavani something behind the scenes to keep them happy? :p

edit: I think the dutch guy got it right. Wasn't Bologna deducted some points in the past because of some financial cock-up? :p

True. I've been following both Carlo Garganese and Kris Voakes on Twitter for quite some time. Carlo Garganese is a cool dude. Voakes, however, is a die-hard Milanese piece of shit.
