My version of this is rather less infused with pink ponies and so on. I think everyone is guilty and this whole thing is a game to see who can get whom in trouble over what. As you said Juve could not have been dragged over the coals if there wasn't anything to it. Then again that doesn't mean justice was instituted in any meaningful sense.
If by justice you mean, all guilty parties were to receive punishment like Juve, then i agree of course.
That still does not excuse Moggi's shady deals.
No you wouldn't and you probably shouldn't hate his guts.
Not even the judges themselves can give us one single proof against Moggi. They charged him for silly things, things that every single Patron in Italy and even outside Italy does some fishy things, just like any other patron in every single company or factory etc.
We didn't need any help to win those Scudetti. What for they revoked them from us? Because the court and the judges thought we cheated for those Scudetti.
Not even the best Mourinho team + Ancelotti's best Milan would be able to stop the 04-05-06 Juventus. Therefore, I believe it was all arranged against Juventus.
And always, keep in mind, there are no proofs against Juventus nor Moggi. Not a single evidence.
You see thats what makes it a lot worse. Juve had one of the most complete squads in Europe in that period, they didn't need ref's help at all, and i think any objective viewer of the Serie A at that time, would agree that juventus were indeed the best team in Italy then.
But to say what Moggi did was ok, because others did it as well, doesn't really convince me to be honest. What he did was wrong, regardless of how many people did it.
As for there not being any evidence against Moggi or Juve, well please excuse my ignorance here, as you probably know more about this than me, but if there was no evidence, then on what basis did they demote Juve and ban Moggi?
How about the telephone transcripts of Moggi's conversations with referees?
