Adriano angers Ranieri
Wednesday 18 August, 2010
Roma boss Claudio Ranieri is unhappy with the way Adriano has applied himself in training and is thinking about starting him on the bench in the Italian Super Cup.

Adriano joined Roma on a free transfer from Flamengo earlier this summer and was seen as a gamble by the Italian media considering his troubled past.

The 28-year-old arrived at training camp looking overweight and La Gazzetta understands that despite the club’s efforts to get him eating properly, Adriano has only lost 1kg.

Ranieri was likened to a “hyena” in training yesterday, as he was shouting at Adriano repeatedly.

“Wake up,” he cried. “Quicker, faster, more concentrated. It’s like you don’t know what to do with the ball at your feet.”

La Gazzetta believes that Ranieri is concerned about Adriano’s lack of running and report that he’ll start Totti alongside Mirko Vucinic or Jeremy Menez against Inter.

Does he mean sign him or loan him? If Milan can actually afford to sign Zlatan, even if Zlatan's price is twice lower than what Barca paid, then they surely aren't as penniless as they claim.
There is 0% chance Zlatan to be signed for less than 30m euro.
