He is a fast and powerful player with some neat skills but his little flashes cover up an overall average player.

Boateng is a decent player, he has always been quite good for Pompey. Only problem he has there, is that he's played out of position constantly.

He's a decent acquisition for Milan because he is an upgrade over what they have. He would be a poor signing for Juve though, because Juventus has better players in his position(Diego)
