Report: Inter debate Rafa axe
It’s reported President Massimo Moratti and director Marco Branca are in a meeting tonight to discuss Rafa Benitez’s future at Inter.

The patron was furious after the derby defeat that kept local rivals Milan at the top of the table.

Branca met with the Coach today over lunch to talk over the recent results and what is being done to improve them.

It is reported that Branca walked into President Moratti’s office at 17.00 UK time for a long summit with the patron.

Although Moratti has said he will not be axing Benitez, increasing media reports have the Spaniard “hanging by a thread.”

And then to think about it that Benitez almost came to Juve. With him we would def be fighting against relegation right now. Agnelli's best choice in his early career may be appointing Delneri as our coach.

1st of all, Benitez was never close to joining Juve. Morons around here bought into the hype and let their stupidity lead them to believe that he was going to be our coach this season.

2nd, we will never know how he would have done here with our players. Its not a plug and play type of situation just like if a player goes to another team then there is no guarantee that he would succeed in that clubs existing system/scheme.
