I just finished one conversation with a Greek guy who works for NIKE in Portland (USA)
He said that Ronaldinho signing for Milan is a big problem for Nike and especially for all the other sponsors Ronaldinho has.
And it has to do with Champions League (i was wrong when i thought that CL or no CL makes no difference to Dinho).
Dinho's sponsors require Ronaldinho to be seen by millions and millions of people week in week out, on TV, and only EPL and CL are a guarantee for such a thing. Unless Milan make it to CL then Ronaldinho won't get a green light from his sponsors to sign for them.
Looks like Ronaldinho wants Milan but both he and his brother/agent are aware of the problem and the deal is not done yet because all of them are waiting to see what will Milan do in the next 5 rounds.

I don't know if anyone else noticed it but I have mentioned here on the forum during the year that Barshitlona won the CL. It was disgusting how the cameras film Ronaldinho, it was like the whole thing was directed to show him, zooming on the Nike swoosh, zooming out, all the fancy stuff. And people still rate Barcelona for that victory.
I'm saying that he chose to shackle himself to Nike in this manner. And I'm sure he was well aware of the terms at the time. Not to mention he's being handsomely compensated, not just in money, but also in adoration from kids who see his posters and commercials everywhere. If he doesn't have the freedom to choose to play for any club he may want to, that's a freedom he (I'm sure willingly) gave up a long time ago. So no need to feel sorry for him.

Inter To Release Crespo & Suazo – Report
Inter Milan are set to offload forward-duo Hernan Crespo and David Suazo this summer, according to Controcampo.
Argentine hitman Crespo has had a largely depressing season with the Nerazzurri, and has made just 16 Serie A appearances, scoring four goals.
Despite featuring regularly in recent weeks, the 32-year-old has largely found himself fourth in the striker pecking order behind Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Julio Cruz and David Suazo.
The 32-year-old also doesn’t get on well with Inter Coach Roberto Mancini, and he is eager to find a club who can offer him more regular first team football.
Another player who seems set to move on is Suazo. The Honduran signed from Cagliari last summer with high hopes, however he has struggled this campaign, even if he has still managed eight Serie A goals, which is one more than Zlatan Ibrahimovic in open play.
Controcampo says that Suazo will return to Cagliari next season on-loan in the deal that will see Robert Acquafresca rejoin Inter.
Acquafresca is half-owned by Cagliari and Inter, but the latter believe he is ready to make his mark at a big club.

i would definetly choose him over crespo.he would be good back up.
So, Galliani says that for Milan it will be a mercato at 360 degrees and just few days ago he said that Ronaldinho and Shevchenko are 180% signing for Milan.
I don't know about you, but since Berlusconi is out of Milan (at least officially) , i really hope a guy with such a talent for maths, like Galliani, will be running Milan from now on.
