Notice Borriello has by far the most shots in the league and unsurprisingly , he has the most goals . If he were playing for a big team however , he wouldn't have been top scorer in my opinion .

so we need to keep hold of the ball more and shoot more often? expect to see mommosokko top of intercepted passes and top of "covered more blades of glass than anyone but looks like a headless chicken at times" stats as well

Ibra is so pathetic. Half his goal are penalties. what a Douche bag.
Yeah, well, 5 of these penalties were made over him (2 very scandalous, tbh) and 2 would have been clear goals if Giuly didn't clear the ball with his hand from the line and another one when he was fouled from behind with an empty net in front of him.
Another thing is that with 9 assists he leads the assist list so however you count it, ~18 goals were scored because of him.
Officially, 24 goals were scored because of him.

He was the best player in Italy in the first part of the season. The best by far.
In the second part he was (is) pathetic. Just as pathetic as he was in the second season with us.

Real Madrid To Make Gattuso Bid – Report

Real Madrid are set to make a significant offer to sign Milan midfielder Gennaro Gattuso, according to Tuttosport.

Gattuso has had a very disappointing season for the Rossoneri, and has looked a shadow of his former terrier-like self.

The Italian press yesterday reported that Milan were looking to begin a new era at the club by offloading the hardman.

This has alerted Real Madrid, who Tuttosport say are ready to make a €20m bid, a quite significant fee for someone who recently turned 30.

The Spanish-giants are looking for a new defensive dirty-man, as they are almost certain to sell Mahamadou Diarra in the summer, with the Malian likely to end up at Inter Milan.

There are also reports that former Milan midfielder Massimo Donati, now at Celtic, has told the Rossoneri that he would be willing to rejoin them.

The 27-year-old left San Siro for Glasgow last summer in a £3m deal, however there has been speculation that he is homesick and wants to return back to his home country.

Looks like the bell has tolled for him finally, but what disturbs me is inter possibly acquiring diarra. I would love to have him on our squad, he is viera x10000

Obviously.I heard Maldini and Toricelli's name in there.Maybe they were asking him which player he admires most. You dont expect a Milan player to mention Del Piero or a Juve player to mention Maldini. You need to be diplomatic.Either way,i still love the Pippo. At the right place,at the right place..without the right expressions.

Samp lose Castellazzi
Tuesday 15 April, 2008

Sampdoria’s push for a European place has been hit by news goalkeeper Luca Castellazzi will be out for the rest of the season.

The shot-stopper was stretchered off during Sunday’s 1-0 defeat at Reggina after a collision with striker Nicola Amoruso.

Tests have now shown he will require surgery on his right shoulder to resolve the injury and cannot play again this term.

His place will be taken by Antonio Mirante
, while youth team goalkeeper Vincenzo Fiorillo is on the bench.

“We made mistakes that aren’t like us,” said Coach Walter Mazzarri of that Stadio Granillo loss.

“We were apathetic and everything went wrong. It will be tough against Udinese, but if we return to the side that has been playing so well over the past few weeks, then we can do it.

“We should take Sunday’s defeat as a wake-up call ensuring it doesn’t happen again.”

Good chance for Antonio to get some regular playing time
