Zebina missed a huge part of that season (played only 10 matches) so many times we had Zambrotta at RB and Balzaretti at LB. Chiellini too played many matches as a LB that season.
I don't think that Thuram played as RB in that particular season, although Robert Kovac did start some matches (probably when one of Canna/Thuram was unavailable).
