Still, there is a lot of people(between them, some very knowledgable soccer experts) that consider him a very valuable team player. Probably he wont shine as many stars, but he is very complete and versatile,he has great passing,corner kicks, penalties, direct kicks, dribling ability and so on.he is definitly an influential player in the pitch...
Thats why, i consider that if your saying that DP is an average player...your not being objective

Well, as I've said numerous times before: of course Del Piero isn't Juventus. Or do I see it wrong and does he actually have a body that consists out of numerous football players, club directors and janitors?

BUT Del Piero does symbolise this generation of Juventus. Juve can and will go on without Del Piero, but there's no doubt about the pure fact that most people think about Del Piero when they hear Juventus and the other way around.
