Del Piero Hails Compact Juve

An ecstatic Alessandro Del Piero, scorer of three goals in the last two games, was full of praise for his team following their latest win.
The bianconeri defeated Roma 2-0 on Thursday night at the Delle Alpi of Turin to move five points clear in the standings.

“Winning is always important, because when you finish what you build it is a nice injection of confidence.”

Pinturicchio also spoke about his recovery from the injury and his return to the best form.

“I must admit that the forced break due to my injury did really well to me, but apart from my physical recovery, I must say that our strength lies in the fact that we’re compact.”

Dont compare miccoli to alex. Miccoli had the starting role in fiorentina for a number of weeks and "no score", when his team relyed on him "no score".

And especially he doesn't have the media on his back and he isn't playing for a huge team like juvee.

If Alex has a bad match, it would make headlines all over the world, but if miccoli has a bad match it wouldn't make a difference only for the viola team and fans.

I dont care if DP is never "back at his best" like everyone is expecting to do...Just if he stays fit and keep playing well and scoring goals, it will be enough for putting us in a position to seriuos contenders to win Scudetto and CL....
