Don't you feel the same about R.Baggio?
Well, Baggio has always had the temperament, and consistency that Dp doesnt. Besides, that doesnt mean to say he's not had bad phases like all football players. Unfortunately, he's always had niggling injuries througout his career, and still managed to make it to 36 years of age on the football pitch. Dp will retire long before that simply because he's already begun to fade away.

There's something about Del Piero that makes him magical and so popular. Wether he's on or off form, during a match there always a hint of something special about him. Its this awesome feeling you get when he's in possession that will always inspire me to have hope. Del Piero is already great, will he be greater? we'll have to wait and see...

alex is great...of course we wouldn't see him like that alex del piero of 1996-98...but even now,he is one of the most important players of juve.
FORZA CAPITANO!

It's good to see that he scored a 'proper' goal against Roma. Hopefully he'll keep improving and start earning his guaranteed starting place in the team. Forza Alex

Good to see Del Piero scoring again... i always sense a special jolt of sensation everytime Del Piero scores an open play goal .. maybe because its one of those rare things that hard to come by..:)

alhtough physically he still not 100% yet, but i think these goals will be very usefull for his psychological rehabilitation which IMO is more important... lets just hope nothing happens that will stop that developement (another injury, suspension, his pet cat dies etc ....)

i only hope he stays injury free, then he could have a great season!

forza Del Piero!
Yeah. If DP stays injury free from now up until May he'll have a great season. The hunger is there, and thanks to the goals against Siena and Roma, the confidence is there. Keep it up, skipper.

I'm also happy that DP is doing better every game!!

But he had luck that Treze is injured. Because of that he got in the starting line-up...

We have a really great attack with DP, Zlatan, Treze and Zala!!

Well Dp that was fantastic never got off that stretcher, so please stop comparing him with that player

If he is ever gonna come close to being that player, imo, he has to leave Juventus and join a club either in Spain or England or a club with modest ambitions where he can play his football free from media pressure and where he can start to enjoy it

I have no dounbt if Baggio remained at a big club he would never have gotten up to 200 serie A goals

Zola would not have been worshipped if he did not go to Chelsea and Di canio would not have got a career to be mentioned at all if he stayed in Italy.

Juventus is a pressure cooker for anyone , just look at Nedved, the fittest guy in football is almost suffering from burn out because of the mental pressure of performing week in week out and he does not have half the pressure that Dp does

No wonder Zz ran away for the good of his career and it did him a world of good didnt it, going to Madrid

and why is that when miccoli scores a goal for la viola everyone goes "wow, he's great, we shouldnt have let him go", after ale scores 3 in 2 all haters are still calling him fluke and wash up. what has miccoli ever done to be even compared to del piero. ok, so he's not doing great. but its still more then decent. even incubo says that.

I don't recall anyone calling Del Piero a fluke. As for Miccoli, did you see his goals?
