My entire state (three 'counties' - equivalent of american states) voted Socialist last election, the Socialists are down like 66% + in polls, wonder if we'll have a bunch of small state idiots like republicans next time.

Idk if I have one but to answer your previous question, an area I need to improve on is answering question like these. Among many others...

Like being so nonchalant about stuff. That's the main thing. If I look at stuff from a different perspective, that'll get rid of a lot of areas that need improving if you know what I mean.

I moved from Rural Wales to an underdeveloped area of Greater Manchester with 4 days notice while 2 weeks from finishing my Masters Tenue and still working on my Dissertation.

A time I failed - I had to resubmit the dissertation which is linked to the job as I worked 40 hours a week in a new city alone, so there's a difficult situation where I had to chose between two equally important but mutually exclusive objectives etc etc What I chose, Why, lessons learned, perspective etc etc etc.

Not to be arrogant, but those a semi-intelligent and insightful answers that are 100% honest. It got me one job offer, then two 25 years morons used STAR technique

Yes, but they won't care about your dignity. They care about picking between you and the other people who applied, and ideally they want you to make it easy for them by saying something so clueless they can drop you right away.

One thing I don't really get is this "consensus" that CVs are just lies. Or mostly lies. Or half lies. Whatever.

Thing is that a cv is like a pamphlet, it's what we all use to look good. That much should be obvious. So a lot of what I put on mine is open to interpretation or can mean different things to different people. But that doesn't mean it's a lie, at least I've never put something on it that's just untrue.

So why all the complaining.

Same with me, I actually meant that I find it difficult to embellish my experiences if I personally wouldn't interpret it that way, i.e. I don't think X demonstrates Y skill but it could.
