I don't know how successful people generally are at making some country a better place, but one approach is to move there, start working with the people who live there on building a school, maybe a business, hospital, that sort of thing. Bombing the place to small pieces is unlikely to be constructive.

View from badly informed western european like me :

'murica went to bagdad to liberate the oil.

iraq has 3(or 4) diffrent big groups like shia, etc. Sadam was leading the country very harsh, but he kept all the groups under controll.
'murica came, and since it has been chaos.

Removing sadam was a bad idea, and the entire gulf conflics is america's fault. even the first gulf war

Meh, I'm starting to get lazy :p and I don't think people really give a shit about iraq anymore thus the lack of videos. something about obama being a traitor or the NSA and then we're talking.

Obama is the perfect villain. He got us so good. Oh look, he's pretty, he talks like us - like an intellectual (why don't we give him a Nobel just for that), he reads books, he knows the constitution.

Literally what a successful James Bond villain would have been like.

Good point. I agree. At this point I think I'd rather have a brash president who doesn't care about offending a particular demographic or whatever. Long as he keeps it real, which Obama definitely doesn't.

We need a Teddy Roosevelt in office. A man's man.

My entire state (three 'counties' - equivalent of american states) voted Socialist last election, the Socialists are down like 66% + in polls, wonder if we'll have a bunch of small state idiots like republicans next time.
