Your defence looks good, but midfield and attack in particular looks pretty ordinary.

Quite surprised, I expected a very technical side like most Balkan countries

Terrible game

We play too many new players and some dead wood really, plus we have no striker. Really bad team out there, I have no idea what was Mihajlovic thinking.

Match is too dull to show any technical abilities, though.

True

Does seem to be a very young/inexperienced team.

Looks like Belgium are going to walk this group

A question for the more versed:

When a free kick is awarded, the player can take it at any moment without the ref needing to whistle, or there are special moments in when he needs to wait for the ref to whistle to take it?. If there are, when it is needed to wait for the ref to whistle?.

Also, when a free kick is direct and when is indirect?.

I'm pretty sure you have to wait. When the ref whistles for a free kick he stops play. So the game is paused. When he whistles again it continues.

Two good attacks from Serbia the entire game, the first one was the one two with Kolarov and the second was that killer pass from Tosic. Scotland were absolute cunts, though.

:agree:

Scotland manager is dreadful. Plays completely out of form players ahead of ones playing well, and tries to play like an away team at home.

When the refree starts adjusting the distance between the FK spot and the wall need to wait for the whistle, if not the player can play it without waiting for the whistle.

Free kick is indirect when the refree is holding his hand high, until some players touch it he put his hands down. Per example in an offside FK.
