No Lippi does not agree with you cos he's stated it before that Totti is fundamental for this NT.

And yes lately Lippi doesn't rate DP that highly, prefering other players to him. He said it that DP is not passing through a great moent so other players are more deserving than him and unless he improves he won't make it to the WC.

How do you know that the Roma fans think DP is technically better?

I doubt they will agree with this, especially as Totti is their idol.

What do I base my evidence for this on? DP is your idol, and you would probably argue he is a better finisher than Trez, a better goalie than Buffon, a better driver than Schumacher, and a better fvck than ...... Pamela Anderson (I just used a famous person everyone would know).

So if you aren't prepared to see weakness in DP, why do you assume the Roma fans will behave differently towards Totti?

Personally, I don't like Totti at all....but technically he is better than DP. In terms of footballing ability, he is better in every way.
