Then again, it would seem that no matter what answer he gives, it won't be good enough for either side of this debate.

But he can start with the truth, and then we can take it from there. The truth is as good a starting point as any.
IMHO, Agnelli loves Media, loves being the center of attention and he obviously wants to leave a mark in the new Juventus era. Unfortunately, he lacks class to do it in the right way.

I honestly believe that there is no right way to say goodbye to Alex Del Piero, Rab. It is tough in every possible way. And I think it's so tough, I don't even want to criticise Agnelli.

He is an attention wh ore, and I felt a bit of jealousy from him toward Del piero in the way he handled the whole situation. I am still happy that he left on the top, the best way to say good bye.

You don't know what you saw and heard, because you don't understand them.
and Janna understands Italian? yet im only repeating what she said, i dont see you attacking her statement, you're a douchebag simple as that, a sad man who has nothing better to do with his life than to pick fights on the internet and acting superior. you make me laugh so whatever you are trying to achieve it is clearly not working with me

:howler: claimed to be a bad thing? im only telling you what i saw and heard dip$#@! just as Janna put it i guess she lacks loyalty by your account too
No but you and Janna were too excited to sense and see the difference between celebrating a Scudetto and paying their tribute to Ale with what Agnelli said on a microphone which doesn't make sense. It's the excitement of Scudetto that makes you say what you said earlier.

If I am perfectly honest I think the main man behind all this was Antonio Conte. I'm not saying he is necessarily wrong. I think he is. I think Del Piero had another year left in him. And so do many others. I think Conte wanted Alex out, so that he could continue with a project. If Alex is there, it will alway be about Alex. We can't deny that. There are millions of people watching because of Alessandro Del Piero. When he's on the roster, it's about him. Which, for the past 19 years, has been perfectly fine. But there comes a time when Del Piero can't do it on his own anymore.

But in the end, everyone has to go at some point. Del Piero wanted to keep on playing for Juventus and that is why he is a champion, but that is also why at some point someone has to say they'll go on without him. Del Piero has done more than enough for this club. It rips my heart out to see him leave and I have thought about it pretty much every second since Sunday, but it's just the way things go
:agree: totally I won't be suprise if it was Conte afterall who made the end word of this all and Agnelli just talked for him. Cos in the end i actually think Conte is the big boss of this club and marotta and agnelli do what he wants if it is about the football part of this club

Yes, I can.

Then you must know Rene van der Gijp. He had a nice story about footballfans I try to find a video/text for you.

Remember one thing, Del Piero will never return back to Juventus as part of the club because of him. And if this happens then things will be pretty clear that there was something personal between the two.

8 Scudetti :touched:

No player has won more.

for the majority of the time after DP was subbed off there was pretty much silence in the room, not because the game was practically won, but in reflection of a man's career and service to the club, as i said earlier there was no bad words said nor whistles made towards Agnelli, as mentioned in another post it may be possible that it is Conte who wanted him out, and not AA, others say that there is a power struggle between AA and DP, who knows? nobody but the people involved know, and on that note i can't really hate or blame anyone as nothing has been proven to be a fact, and for a long while yet nobody will know the truth to why DP isnt here next season and beyond

He will not come back. Maximum thing he'll do is attend Juve games. But as long as this management is at the helm you will not see Del Piero back with Juventus and part of their mang.

Oh yeah, the room.

Look, I have no problem with you or Janna loving Agnelli, we see things differently and it's fine with me. But I have a problem when Agnelli is blamed for Del Piero's exist then the likes of you jump to defend. This bothers me.

No source Janna, that's how I see it after following Del Piero for so long and knowing how he handle things usually.

Ok I am fine with that but I still don't believe it 100% and will you now please not calling me a agnelli lover. COs honestly I agree that gianni had 100% more class then AA. and I was absolute disgust with that drunk picture and earlier how he handled the del piero ends career at juve. But I still don't think it was his own personal decision I think sometimes he is just a talkingdoll of marotta or conte.

Janna doesn't have an agenda. You want to be perceived as the guy who knows all. Truth is, you know shit. You didn't talk to any of the ultras, Italian fans or anyone who might be the least bit informed about this entire ordeal, because you don't speak Italian. And Italians speak notoriously bad English. You could not have communicated with them. Yet you claim to be in the know. Even you must know this is not the case, so why do you act as if you know everything?

Yeah very true, i learnt a lot about how fans in Italy support Juve over the weekend when Janna and i were in Turin, even when Barzagli was about to take the penalty we were singing his name! i mean you wouldn't get that here, and when the team bus went by us in the piazza castello we were singing the Simone Pepe song, again something you wouldn't see here since many are divided in opinions of him still. Lastly when AA made his speech at the end of the atalanta game we were all made to hush down to hear his words to which we applauded to in the end, yet AA gets a lot of stick here
So you made it to the stadium this time?
