Vucinic is on a poor run of form, Borriello is a write-off, and Matri is himself criminally inconsistent.

Quagliarella-DP has shown it can work wonders; see last season for details.

I agree... I have to wonder how long Alex can play given his age, I mean, it might be a bit much asking 70 mins from him. But he's almost certain to be a better option than Vuci or Boringello. I'd like to see him used in more games as a sub for the last 20-30 mins when the team needs a boost.
