Let's be honest. The Champions League is just a huge money making tool for UEFA and has been for years. Why else have they gradually been allowing more teams to enter. The Champions League was once for nothing but the Champions of their league to fight it out to see who was the champion of champions. Who cares if they only let 3 teams from Italy join, only one can win anyway? Are we that shallow that having 4 teams in the CL instead of 3 will make us feel all warm and fuzzy inside?

And I was arguing about that, I wasn't arguing whether its fair or not but rather denying it as a fact that every player have to make it in Europe to be considered good enough. While now you explained that it's the general public you were talking about and for that I agree, they do believe that.
