I think I've told you a few times that I went to thailand for just under a month for a mission trip I went to Bangkok, stayed in Chiang Mai most of my time there, and then had a few days in Krabi to chill out :thumb: Thailand is the best man, the people there are so damn nice to strangers it's unbelievable.

I learned the bare basics as I said above, but I think I learned more food names than I did basic conversation :LOL: Thai food is the greatest...my favourite is pad kapow and pad si ew, and for a drink I can't look past the watermelon drink, I think it was called ddeng mo bban (the best phonetic spelling I can think of)

About Korean juve: I think there's only that one Korean fan, I believe his name was BuffonIsGod IIRC. I think I'd be much better off starting an Australian Juve thread; we've got quite a fair few Aussie members now :thumb:

It's almost the same with indonesian in some words like "Opo kabare/Piye kabare" = "Apa Kabar"
"Aku mangan sego"= "Aku makan nasi"
"Ibu tindak pasar" = "Ibu pergi ke pasar"
"Sarah ayu tenan" = "Sarah cantik sekali"

You're right, it's not had to find Thai food here at all, every second restaurant here is Thai. Not that I'm complaining or anything The Thai food here is pretty good, but I'd take authentic Thai food anyday It's tastier and much cheaper too! If you do the conversions, I think the average plate of Thai food in Australia will cost you about 200 baht
