Unless it's because I couldn't find it, there appears to be no language other than English available on the official Man.Utd website, & if I couldn't find it, I won't be the only one! Even if it's accepted that English is the common international language, you'd think they'd make more effort to accomodate their huge world wide support, many of whom have little or no English!
Does this sound familiar? Substitute Juventus for Man.Utd. & English for Italian...both clubs could do a lot more for their "overseas" fans, but the sad fact of life here is that in dealing with a big business concern which is in effect what both these clubs are about, they're not interested in the individual fan, although I don't doubt that Juve at least would make some kind of accomodation to a 3000+ membership application from Juventuz members! But you get my point? That's why I dismiss profit making fan clubs as being effectively a rip off! The official Juventus club offers me as an Italian, little or nothing as an individual, either!!! I love your logic.

So you claim English speaking People are less than Italian speaking? are you ignoring the fact that English is a universal language the one that is spoken by the majority of the world? please make some sense, or stop putting your biased non-sense everywhere..

and for the second time, this is not against you or Italians..

Hell, even Andy gets the basics and he's a native English speaker FFS.
    Wow, you sound surprised. :p

I always believed Pado is one of the best (If not the best) fan in this Forum. He is here for fun, and not to show off he knows everything about Juve. But when it comes to that, he knows it best. Holding a season ticket for years and buying merchants after others is one of the true signs of being a true fan..

about the Ultras, yeah I know they go every match and all, but no I wouldn't respect those uneducated idiots if their behaviors are like that against the "less" Juve fans. and for me, Pado or any ticket holder who sits in the middle of the stad is a better fan than them, who rarely makes troubles or harm the club or boo some "Players" which harms the club in the end.

We might disagree here Andy, But a true fan is not the fan that stands behind the goals and beat the shit of everyone and make troubles when the match ends or the team loses.
Well... the Ultras are at the stadium every match, defend Juventus on the streets and many are actual residents of Torino. What more do you want? Facts are facts and despite some of them being uneducated and ruthless, they are the closest thing to a "true supporter." I mean, if we have to stoop so low and designate which entities are "true supporters," it would be idiotic to exclude them just because they boo players and cause havoc on streets in the name of Juventus. Sorry, snoop, but booing players is part of the game and if it's valid criticism, I welcome it. I find it far more true than sitting in the stands, bobbing your head from side to side saying, "yaaaaaaay, go Juve, we are the best of the best. Juve is the greatest team ever, yaaaaaaay. I love you Capello even though you shit on our side." That sort of shit is simply retarded.

But this doesn't mean others around the world are not "true fans." However, you can't waltz around stating the thugs in the Curva are not "true fans" when you rarely go to matches. It simply doesn't make any sense and it's not helping our cause here. No matter what, Ultras are an integral facet of the mystique of Italian football, whether people like it or not. Without them, the stadiums would be dead... literally. We cannot sit here and say others from around the world are more of "true supporters" than they are, unless they have such a commanding knowledge about Juventus that they own that of supporters in the Curva. I would place money on Padovano knowing far more than some of those people.

    Robert is the man.

Well not all Drughi fans are like that Andy. The first time I went to Torino and saw Juve I actually meet some Drughi. Back then I had no idea about what kind of fans they where but they were actually quite nice to me. I was just a young guy who had saved up his money to go see his favorite team for the first time. I only spoke with one of them because he was the only one who understod English, but I remember them as nice guys who were friendly against me. Although we didn't become best friends or anything like that it did seem like they respected that I had done so much to come and watch Juve, so although some of the hardcore fans might not like fans like us, I think many of them respect what we do to follow and support Juve. But then again maybe I looked like such a happy idiot that day that they just felt sorry for me :D
yep that is true, and that too is speaking from experience not generalisation andy, they wouldn't beat the crap out of you for being a juve fan, reguardless of whether u can speak the language or not, that only matters if you want to be a member, but like durden said, as a majority they are a genuinly nice bunch
While not all Drughi members would beat the shit out of me, I know for a fact some would. And I also know for a fact some would beat the shit out of you, Badass, due to some of their members anti-Semitic views. If I, as an American, went there in the Curva Scirea and sat amongst the Drughi, I can assure you some of them would take offense and a confrontation could occur. Just ask Respaul, he knows far more than anybody here regarding Drughi members. Some might be respectful but others are utter thugs.

"You're either born an Ultra or you're not."

I stated that English is the international language. What I also spoke of is 2 clubs not doing enough to help fans from other countries. I'm saying Man.Utd who only offer Thai as a 2'nd language should seriously consider more options! Not everyone has a fluent command of English & many more people have no English at all even though it is an international language! Why should those with poor English that want to read about Man.Utd have to struggle? Look, read me here, I want to see them helped in the same way I want to see non Italian Juve fans also given more consideration! Pointing out that Juventus are not the only ones guilty of not giving a comprehensive service to fans from other countries is not being biased! Your real complaint right now is about the official Juventus fan club. Read again what I had to say about Juve's apparent non-interest in the individual fan including Italians who also get a rip-off deal which is why I wouldn't join. You should think carefully about joining any profit making organization, especially when it gives you extreme difficulty in even getting to it in the first place. I'd have told them to "stuff it!" Now can we call an end to this unnecessary....

for fuck sake you can't compare Man utd's case with Juve's.. with your logic you are saying that Manchester united should help the fans to understand their texts by adding more languages. so they should add like 100 languages so that the whole world understands what Manchester have to say, since they are poor in English language ?? Manchester doesn't have to use any other than English language, cause anyone who want to support a football club abroad and wants to get information about that club must know the international language at least, which is English. what is so hard to understand, or you want to insist to stay biased?? I don't want Juventus to write in Chinese or Arabic or French or Turkish, I want them to write in a proper one international language which will only cost them no more than 5 000 $ a month, when they earn thousands of multiple time of that sum from their fans abroad, got it? it's not an impossible job is it?

Oh yeah, I agree with you.. please call an end to your non-sense. this is going nowhere, where the majority of the posters have the same opinion. And If you want to continue, please stay focused on Juventus, we are not claiming Juventus is a shitty club comparing to others, and stop feeling that superior on us again, Juventus doesn't need your defense from us, we are at least as much as fun you are..

you are answering me like I claimed I am the truest ever Juve fan around. No I am not claiming that, and neither are the fans in the curva. Like you said it yourself, some of them are uneducated morons.. Most of them seeks to belong somewhere, to feel proud of themselves because of that's club's success, that's because of their failure in their own life. Beating the shit of someone in the stadium, or throwing nickels on players and insulting the club's stuff doesn't make you a True fan Andy, and nor does that gayish support "yay we are the best club, Del piero is cute". But there is something in the middle no? you gave a good example, pado. He is just an example maybe we are wrong, but just assume what we see from here is what he is about. For me, yes that is a "Truer fan" than those in the curva.

The Game gets better If the hooliganism disappears, Booing is not a crime, but when you do it on purpose for your own players because they are black or ugly or communist support etc etc how does that can be part of the game? and specially if they are your own player?? Boo the opponet's players make them lose the concentration, yeah that one is part of the game, and make is more fun. anyway, this is getting way off topic..

But look at members such as Padovano. He won a trivia contest on this forum like it was nothing, and seriously, he owned everybody and got everything basically right. And the person who made the exam is a season ticket holder, for decades, and has a place in Torino. If anybody in Drughi or Viking is going to say Pado is not a real Juve fan, they should be killed. Many people over there don't understand the fanbase across the seas, but unfortunately they are considerd the only true fans.
    Hey I got second
