So, if Hernanes hadn't been there, are you suggesting early elimination for us? :howler:

Come on man!

I won't believe it until it is official. Good riddance indeed. Never liked him, and it didn't help that he came in as a panic buy from Sfinter. All in all, makes it very hard to like or appreciate him, if you also factor in how much he is/was getting paid to be a 5th/6th option.
it could happen, We look very lost at the time without Vidal and Pirlo di midfield. We came with 2 lost against Udinese and Roma.

But when we play Man City, one of the notable changes is Hernanes in the lineup. And he do good. You couldn't argue Hernanes make a good impact for our win at the time

So how many disaster performances from him so you recall?
He's been atrocious during the first half of last year, and had a lot of very underwhelming performances throughout.

Granted he's grown into a somewhat useful player the last months, but overall the transfer was far from a good one.

the whole team was out of form and was struggling. we havent had figured our formation yet, some players were injured, some out of form. those 1st few months were a complete mess, so its not fair judging a player based on his performances back then. having said that, Hernanes was never bad apart from a few games during that period, and is remembered based on the few mistakes/giveaways he had during that period. once we settled for the 352 and some important players returned and catched form, he was always a reliable alternative for Marchisio at DM, and was certainly an useful addition for the squad that lacked a backup regista. for 11M, id definitely do it again in that situation

Juventus midfielder Hernanes is set to leave the Old Lady in the next few days. According to various reports in Italy, the Brazilian midfielder has an agreement to join Hebei Fortune. The Chinese transfer window shuts in the next few days and there is still time for Hernanes to join the Chinese Super League side before the end of the season.

Hebei Fortune are said to have offered Juventus € 10 million, which is almost as much the Serie A giants spent to sign the Brazilian from Inter in summer 2015. Hernanes’ new salary in China will be around € 8-million-a-year, more than the double than what he’s getting at Juventus.

The former Lazio star has not been included in Juventus’ squad list for tonight’s game against Inter (read our match preview), which means the 31-year-old is close to reaching an agreement with the Chinese club. Hernanes was also omitted from Juventus’ Champions League squad list earlier last week.

Brazilian Serie A giants Sao Paulo are also said to have set sights on Hernanes, but the player is set to snub a return to his native country to move to China.

Chinese transfer market still open so we could still sell players
