Just wanted to share this app. Some of you might find it useful

Andriod: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gpt.calorie.counter
Apple: https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/calorie-counter-food-tracker/id6477822324

Basically it's AI and using camera which detects the mean that you're having and gives you info about calories and stuff
Just be careful about some of these AI enhanced apps. They can be extremely creepy & collect personal info or get duped easily by a third party to harvest the info.

Imo it makes no difference compared to any other app since most of users only click on accept & allow, whether that's some old or new app. I doubt there's any data left to share considering how much people already gave willingly.

As soon as you install them they ask for permission of access to location, User data, identity, camera and etc. It's a type of phishing attack with tricking victims to can gain access to peoples' Phone.

I go to the gym thrice in a week. for my rest days, i do Planks Combined with full body stretch. I take rest 2 mins between each exercise.
If I understand you correctly.
I meant how long does it take you to recover. For example, I worked out hard Monday and Tuesday, and didnt sleep that good so Wednesday I was pretty tired even if it was a rest day. So if your rest and diet are not on point, your recovery will not be so good.

I have a busy schedule during a week, have to get up early morning at 5 A.M to get to work, doing a lot of stuff in my workplace so i barely get proper time for resting, but i have a full time for resting and well-sleeping at the weekend. I work out Saturday, Monday and Wednesday. normally i have seven hours sleep per day if nothing unexpected happens. I think I am not resting enough.
