unless you are climbing a mountain or you are a professional burglar scaling walls there is zero reason anyone needs to do five pullups. at most one is enough. even then in real life 99 percent will never ever need to do a pull up.

Strength isn't really about functionality in daily life when you're in your thirties or forties. It's about preserving your body. The better your muscle to fat ratio, the easier it is to get your metabolism going as well. If you're a man and you can't do five pull ups, something is wrong. And it's probably that you're too fat.

They also often die prematurely because of their weight. I'm not trying to take away from anyone who is a bit heavier. Being able to do a pull up doesn't make you a better human being, it often doesn't even make you a better athlete. But if you're male and you can't do a pull up, you're just likely to be a bit too heavy from a health perspective.
I have lost almost 3kg since i cut down some of junk like Puffs, ice cream and chips. One month a go, I was 71 kg but now i'm on 68 kg. I also going gym three days a week with @GordoDeCentral workout plan.

You're just going to have to go with calisthenics like all the strong as hell black people at the park. People get great results with it but God did I hate it during the pandemic.
I'm the gym's best customer. I've never missed a fortnightly payment, I don't use any of the facilities, I've never made a complaint, I just pay the fees and never attend LOL.
I really need to get myself back to the gym 3 times a week...

Most people are like that lol. The entire business model relies on the assumption that 10-15% of people will use the gym on a regular basis and the rest won’t bother to cancel their memberships.
