Oh shit! Sorry to hear about that. Hopefully it's not on your face. Hang in there man and in 3-5 weeks time they should be gone. Maybe switch to taking walks in nature to keep fit. Avoid hot showers & get an antiviral medicine. Stay strong!
Not on the face, no, luckily it’s chest and back, wouldn’t want to scare the kids :D

I had it when I was 17 or 18, had two perfect circles of pimples on my shoulder and the side of my body. If I compare it with pictures on Google it must have been a mild form, but I remember it hurted quite a lot. With some prescription cream it was gone quite fast.

@GordoDeCentral What do you think of Energy Drink before training or during workout?
I personally dont drink any energy drinks. I just have coffee before the gym. But if you can make your own pre-work out with some beta alanine, citrulline and argenine i think that could help with the pumps. The best and only source of energy is good nutrition and good rest.

I know some guys who really have problems with Red Bull and stuff. Low key there are so many people who drink like 5 of them per day

Normally I take fruit like banana beside cold water but often I drink big bear. I heard it stops muscle loss and also give power to lift more.

Back in college, I used to take C4 pre workout bros. They shit would have my ear and face itching but I’d put in amazing workouts. Can’t stand pre workouts anymore tho, I just grind it out

I think it won't hurt if you only drink it once during a workout.
Idk, I like them but try not to drink too much. They say it could fuck up your heart lol.

I don't think pre-workouts or energy drinks are beneficial for exercise though because you build up tolerance to them and it loses its effect but you're hooked on them. Once is a while is okay.

Coffee is good enough.

But why at all at that point? Just dig deep and push through to get the job done.
Be careful dude, apart from addiction, consuming too much of them has dangerous side effects because of the sugar in them and puts you at risk of diabetes. I used to drink Monster zero ultra and Red Bull before and after workouts, I felt they giving me energy during my gym time but I gradually cut them out. They more give you feel of hype than strength to do exercise!

I would never consume any amount of them ever, I'm saying to do so to work out is pointless. You don't need outside stimulants to lift.

Creatine would work out if you want strengthen your stamina, It effectives to have more energy for doing sets with heavier weights. I took creatine two times and i got result but once you stop using creatine the effect would disappear after a short time.
