Yeah, I have been doing some

Any particular positions? I know basic ones, we did a bit of yoga training at uni thankfully.
Downward dog and child's pose are good for lower back, especially done in tandem. There are some more advanced ones I don't remember the name of that were great for me when my back was having issues. I would just look for some youtube vids. There's almost guaranteed to be something out there that will help.

Sore as in DOMS or you hurt that shit?

Anyways stretching lower back is mandatory for me post workout on deadlift days.

Soreness in the lower back could also be a sign of a weak core.
Though this might work for you, I'd advise against it. But, as with a lot of things fitness related, I guess it's trying to find out what works for you personally.

What do you think about the squats in that video JCK posted?
Excellent highbar squats, as to be expected from a former world record holder in olymoic lifting

The odd thing is that those red plates, arent "red plates", cause the final weight was 280kg, and if all those red ones are 25's he's doing more

Regardless, this is textbook highbar squat

ok. Just wondering because I remember you saying high squats aren't ideal. :D

I'm impressed by the explosiveness
